When you join the waitlist, we collect your name and phone number. That's it. No email address, no payment info, nothing else.
Your name and phone number are used for one purpose only: to send you an SMS notification when a booking slot opens up. We use Twilio to send these messages.
We will never contact you for anything unrelated to appointment availability.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or any other purpose. The only external service that touches your phone number is Twilio, used solely to deliver SMS messages.
You can opt out at any time in two ways:
Reply STOP to any SMS you receive — you'll be removed from the list immediately.
Contact us directly at parilthebarber@gmail.com and we'll remove your information manually.
Your information stays on the waitlist until you opt out or are removed. We don't retain your data after removal.
